Finding these all natural butterscotch and vanilla chips for our butterscotch cookies was a find. This recipe leans heavily on brown sugar because we wanted a robust caramel taste to compliment the butterscotch chips. But the best decision we made was adding the vanilla chips which produces this really great combination of flavors. This will be your new favorite cookie.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Our chocolate chip cookies are a great example of how you bake it is as important as the ingredients. Each of these chocolate chip cookies are molded by hand to guarantee a rough, rustic finish which gives them the crispy ridges and edges. Loading them with chocolate chips is another part of the process that keeps them thick and chunky. And after countless tries – we think we’ve come up with just the right combination of sugar and brown sugar that balances wonderful caramel notes with sweetness. We say 4.5 oz but you can count on more.
